ka24e power dip low revs

hi all i have stock 240 s13 base with oriiginal ka24e with 158000 miles .. car had some issues like brake and fuel needle not working so fixed that .. only problem i am facing with car is when driving from 1st to 5th gears is at low rev when it reaches 1800rpm it stump 4 5 times and at 2000rpms comes back normal again and even no missfire or sputtering.. starts fine runs fine i daily drive it just a hiccup between 1800 to 2000 rpm .. yes sometimes speedo needle dances up and down

so far things i have done
1.ngk6 plus gapped .40
2.check wires and distributor


its not a maf issue..
any kind of help will be appreciated thanks in advance
