You can get an aluminum one for that price? Go for it. It's probably steel.

you are right. it was steel, they want $378 for the aluminum one. My center bearing recently went out and is flopping around, i need to find some replacement so i'm looking into the 1 piece options. we will see where i stand on this fix at the end of the week, then if necessary i will be in contact with you again. . thanks

I can ship it for free. Steel is good if you don't care about the performance gain and you are just looking for a 1 piece replacement, but aluminum is where it's at.
