soo I have checked but havnt really come up with anything.. So I get in the car and take off first time i need to brake the pedal barely moves car slows down a little but for the most part pressing the brakes feels like the car is off when you press and the pressure is built or something. pads and what not are new, fluid looks fine. after a short while of driving, the brakes return to normal. The next day same thing occurs.. anyone know what could be going on?

Check the vacuum line to your booster... Booster could be on its way out.

Also, if you are using performance pads, different types may need to reach operating temp before stopping effectively. If you are using the Z32 MC too, it puts out less pressure than the OEM 240 unit... A good bench bleed & brake bleed is imperative to get the full effect.
