alright, i've been trying to figure this out for weeks and i've gotten nowhere, so don't even try telling me to search. here's the information i've gathered so far to help you guys give me any decent suggestions.

-i DO hear noises coming from the dash when i switch the heat/ac unit to different locations (windshield, feet, middle vents, etc.)
-i've replaced my heat/ac unit.
-i've replaced my blower motor.
-i've replaced my blower motor resistor.
-i've replaced ALL of my fuses, just to be safe.
-i've replaced ALL of my relays, in the dash and the engine bay.
-i've replaced literally the entire body harness, salvaged from a car with working heat, to be safe.
-nothing happens when i switch the fan speeds from off, to 1/2/3/4.
-i don't get any air either, switching it back and forth from hot to cold yields only the sound of the unit redirecting the airflow from the heater core, but no actual airflow

i'm at a loss, to my knowledge i've replaced literally every possible component to the heating system, none of the plugs are fried, everything has been replaced with previously working components. what am i missing?

checked them all, checked for corrosion or paint on the mating surfaces for the grounds, they're all perfect.

Do you have the chassis specific FSM and a voltmeter/test light? I would start tracing power to the blower setting switch and relay. It could be as something as simple as male and female plugs being pinned differently.
