Two of the three holes on the compressor outlet on my t25 are stripped. I tried re-threading one of them with a tap and that failed miserably. Any recommendations? Or if anyone has a spare t25, that would be considered as well.

I don't know if helicoil makes an insert that small, or you can just find a blown t25 and swap compressor housings (as long as the inside wasn't damaged).

Get some Helicoil it will work perfect. Cut to size and just insert it. It should be fine. or have the oulet adapter welded to the compressor housing.
If the holes are straight through just use a nut on a bolt that goes through.

M6 x 1.25 right? I'll see if there's helicoil that size online. At the moment, I'm really fancying the idea of just swapping the compressor housing haha.

it would be wayyyyyyyyyy easier to just swap compressor housings. blown t25s are practically free.

The ISIS replacement t25 shouldn't be any different, right? Cuz that's what I was gonna use to swap compressor housings.

Where can I find the torque specs for Garrett turbos? Or if you know them already; what's the recommended torque specs for the three compressor outlet bolts on a t25? I don't want a repeat of this...haha.
