I know the nipple off one pipe goes to the throttle body ( the pipe that connects to the throttle body and the left side of the intercooler). But there is a big nipple on the pipe that connect to the hot pipe (from the turbo to the intercooler), what is that for?
And can anyone give me any tips on were to cut the hole for the pipe to go through? Thanks
Mike

That long extension pipe thats like 4" by 1" u need to plug it with a rubber stopper you can get from any hardware store. Then seal it with something like bathroom seam sealer or whatever because the boost could pop it out. Just duct tape it in it will work fine. YOu need an alluminum welder to weld a BOV flange if thats what your talking about. I suggest selling your hotpipe and buying a pipe that already has a bov flange on it.
