well guys the title says it all, i have had my 240sx for a while now,its a 95 zenki late year with sunroof ,OBD2 all the good things and i decided that i wanted to clean my engine bay for a possible LS swap. my first project was doing the battery relocation which came out clean as hell, but now i want to do a fuse box relocation, already ordered the 4 gauge wire and a better battery terminal.
now that u guys have some background here are the questions.
1.can i just buy any 14 gauge wire to extend the fuse box harness? or it has to be special type of wire?
2.where does the ground on the fuse box go to? the starter? and can i change the ground to somewhere else?? like the battery negative terminal?
sorry for the dumb question but this is my first time ever playing with a car harness and it can get kinda of confusing sometimes.
