BAD: No PS and It needs a tune ASAP!! car wont hold iddle for more than like 5 seconds because it floods, I've talked to a couple of tuners and with the mods I have they guarantee at least 350whp

Why do people throw all these parts on cars and not get them tuned?

Always sounds fishy to me. Many times "it just needs a tune" is covering up, "it runs like shit because it needs a lot of work."

And that's exactly the truth, yea if you call a bunch of tuners they "Guarantee" at least 350whp but when you actually get there theres a number of things that can go wrong. So like the dude above me is saying I don't get why people put all these parts into their car but cant spend 300-600$ For a good tune.
