View Full Version : D-Max Super Street Measurements

We've had a number of people ask us for measurements and we thought it best to post them here. These are S13 Super Streets that are being measured.

From the bolt seat on the upper camber plates to the damper base the front coilovers measure in at 18 inches. We threaded the lower bracket all the way up to the spring perch (did not move the spring) and the measurement from the top plate to the bottom of the lower bracket is 14 inches.

The rears measured in at 21 inches from top plate to the bottom of the lower bracket as they came. That included 3 inches threaded into the lower bracket. With the lower bracket threaded all the way up it measured 18 inches from top to bottom.

If anyone wants any other specific measurements please let us know.

What thread pitch are the shock bodies?
I was told M50x1.5, but I would like to know for sure if possible.

Also, is it possible to purchase the front lower mounts and hardware separately as replacement parts?

In all fairness, I did have old D-Max coilovers that were interchangeable. I would like to to know if the new ones are as well, to further my Frankenstein-spec coilover setup.

I don't know about tracks but on streets the mounts are not interchangeable as the D-max is the same diameter but a coarser thread. Many other parts are similar but still different, the shaft is M12x1.25 like the streets as well as the springs are the same diameter.

any x'mas sales happening soon? I missed out on the $699 deal for these during Halloween and the 10% during Black Friday :(
