S13 sr #62 rom tuned ecu

I have a rom tuned ecu for an s13 sr. I bought it a while back but My engine needed machine work so I just bought an s15 sr and I have no use for it.
Seller told me it was tuned for stock injectors, maf, and turbo with 10-12# of boost, and all limiters/governors were removed. I dont know what company tuned it, half the sticker is missing and I dont know how to read Japanese.
But it is in good working order.

Have you seen this in a running car? Is your price OBO?

When I bought it the seller said it was taken out of a running car, but I have not had it in my car.
