lol...OP flamed! I'll try n be a bit more constructive... that car is clean and the parts are good as far as I can see. Unfortunately you're asking price is just waay too high. Your s14 is worth probably about half that price or a bit over that but definitely not in the 15K range.
If you're lucky, someone on craigslist or ebay will OVERPAY for it and buy it for maybe 10-12k but I doubt anyone anywhere will pay what you're asking.
its a nice car for sure though, whatever does happen glws.
