deleting negative feedback after seller/buyer resolution

How do you go about deleting negative feedback about a transaction that has resulted in the buyer and seller working everything out?

I am in this case the seller and i had sold a pair of SS lines and fittings for oil and coolant on a T28. Recently the buyer got in contact with me and said one of the lines/fittings doesnt fit. After working things out with the buyer i had refunded some of his money and everyone was happy.

How do we go about getting this deleted? he has said it isnt giving him the option to delete the feedback

thats what i was afraid of. lol -

live and learn i guess. I just wish the buyer wouldnt of waited months before saying anything and we could of taken care of this and not shat on my seller rep
