Its cheaper and easier to ship with tires, little trick i've found. I'm firm on the price as i've just unboxed these wheels, mounted tires, put em on the car and realized i want 19's in the rear. They're in perfect, brand new condition.
I'll measure the lips in the morning, I'd say they're around 3 inches.
