Drift freaq gon this board. i paid him for a window about a month ago and he still has not sent me shit. not even a tracking number for shipping nothing. what the hell do u do? why the hell is there even a forsale part on this forum if ur just gonna get dicked over!

have you tried pm'ing him or e-mailing him... he does group buys and stuff so i assume he pays his money to be able to sell stuff on here. i don't think he'll fool around with something as important as his reputation. its possible something came up in his life, or he simply forgot. try contacting him a couple times first before you start thrashing on his reputation.

the "for sale" forum is typically between regular users. i.e. buy at your own risk. it's not like zilvia's moderators are watching over each and every transaction (as if that were even possible). you should know the reputation of who your buying from. this is the way every internet for-sale forum is.

Dave is a really busy guy, I've worked with him A LOT.
He won't screw you.
Do you realize that he travels up and down the coast delivering stuff to people in person? Give the guy some credit, he's sold A LOT of stuff here on zilvia and has never screwed anyone (tho I can name a few instances where people have screwed him). If he's incommunicado, i'm sure it's for good reason. I have total faith in Dave, just be patient, he's just one guy not a f*cking Walmart.

yeah, dave is a really cool guy. he drove down to norcal to bring me my stuff and he is really good with communication, so if you are having problems there is probably a really good reason. but like yoshi said, he is just one guy, so give him a break, he's not screwing you over

ok , mr destructo , you paypaled me on the 7th of may not a month ago . go look at your calender its now the 27th it takes 3 days for the money to clear from paypal into my bank. that means that a little over two weeks ago I recieved your money with the shipping fee. Now you talked to me last friday and I told you I thought I would have a tracking number on monday. thing is yes I have been very busy and I am one person.Your tracking number is coming tomorrow . Did you want me to just throw your glass in a box without proper packing so it would get smashed ? Between being busy and getting the proper stuff for shipping it it took me a little longer .. I am sorry if you think thats it to long but I would rather do it right and not all rushed.

Dave, you have been dealing with my roommate with the S14 for S13 plus Tein HEs thing. Now, I'm not passing judgement, as you made the trade with him not ME, but judging by what I overheard from phone convos, its been a little short of childbirth to reach you guys and get all the promised parts.

Yes, all the parts have been obtained over time and everything SEEMS to be working out GREAT. Thats awesome. The coilovers were in EXCELENT shape but iirc they were first described as *new*. Anyways, that is neither here nor there, John has all the parts now and I guess thats all that matters in the long run.

Well, it also sounds like everyone else got their stuff eventually and it all worked out. But Dave, you must be AN ON-CALL ER SURGEON cause it takes, uh, a WHILE. Maybe concentrate on one thing at a time or better time management? Just my observations.

And eh guy wanting parts... don't worry, Dave is well known and stuff, so he isn't gonna take your money and disappear. Like everyone else, it will get to you one day.

i think it should be left, if i remember right i got a distributor form him awhile back and it took forever and was the worng one, i got a refund and am happy now but it should be noted that his shipping takes alot of time, otherwise once a month u ll see one of these like with ordering stuff from mixedwell(sp) people seem to be happy with his stuff but it takes weeks to get ahold of him sometimes and weeks to ship. not saying they are bad sellers but we should get some kinda better buy and sell rateing like ebay's feedback, but with so many people that flake out it would be tuff to do.
