Seat rails

I just acquired a Cobra Imola 2 carbon kevlar seat from a friend it has itr (integra type-r) rails on it right now. What would be a good suggestion on what to mount it on? can i just take the itr rail off and mount it on the stock slider or should i buy something like a bride rail. If at all possible I would like to have it adjustable via slider. BTW this will be mounted in a S13

I have also asked this question about my sparco seat, im getting sick of Universal Rails, super tall, I need to get some Bride or sparco rails, Just dont know how to get it to work
