Does it shut off when you let it drop from high revs?

did you run into any problems?

answer us! hahahaha
Looks good brody. You might wanna chop that bumper up a little bit to get more air to the intercooler. Definately nice setups and low cost
I woulda ditched the ECU, and gotten a SAFC2 and a wideband and some tuning on a dyno
Good shit with it though. Props
A lot of KA-Ts lately... Ill soon be joining .. muwahahaha

S14DB: It runs great. Spool-up is right over 3000 and it hits pretty hard. There's not much choice for the oil line. It runs from the stock oil pressure sender port.
Zemus: The clutch idea was from T.Y. (White Bunny) and Dpro on FA. I'm just running 10 psi off the wastegate until I decide on an EBC. Just from seeing other's graphs, I'm guessing 250-260 to the wheels now.
Bkfill: Uh, no. All turbo parts, piping and clutch setup came to just under 3K. Problems? Oh yeah; fuel leaks, oil leaks, vacuum leaks, mis-aligned pipes. They were just normal, little problems though. Custom stuff just takes a little longer.
240Stilo: No, even on boost completely letting off, the idle holds perfectly. I have the BOV recirculated and pointed toward the compressor.
Powashiftin: I thought about cutting the bumper, but I don't think it will look good. I'm going to get a open-mouth style bumper instead when I get everything else settled. A lot of people say that about the ecu, but you can't change timing with a SAFC and that's a BIG difference. I'll dyno it, and if there's enough slop, then I can put an SAFC on top to lean it out. The dynamic timing changes can't even be replicated with something like a BTM.
Thanks everyone else for the compliments.

I thought 10 psi would kill the ka. did u beef up internals.

isnt ace in the hole running 11psi? did he beef it up to? i dont think he did?

10 psi is totally fine on a ka motor if the fuel is right. There have been cases already where the ka can hold 15psi on stock internals. There is another guy on nico who is making alittle over 400hp on stock internals, check here http://www.nissaninfiniticlub.net/forums/showthread.php?threadid=65738

Yea 10 psi is fine as long as you manage your fuel right.. the JWT ecu will take care of the fuel..
I hit 10 psi today when I was adjusting my manual boost controller

Hey, glad you finally did it, Good job! Looks beautiful, its picture-perfect. Have you figured the ratio of time spent in car vs. outside yet?

^^^
check ur compression and do a leak down test. if numbers are good. then its good for turbo. milage isnt an issue..its all compression

oil pressure is always a plus though ;)...i'd get a oil pressure gauge so u can check it......

Rebuild
Or buy a lower-mileage KA

just wondering, where did you get the turbo manifold from? i know you stated "GS Log Style Manifold", but where did u get it from? just wondering because the fitment and positioning look good.
