Water FLOWING from the exhaust... are you not even running a head gasket? lol

The best fix would be to put a slip and slide after your exhaust and use the car as a source of water at this point.

you need to treat this like the last time you were at the doc trying to figure out how the cold sore you thought was isolated to your mouth, seemingly has made it's way to places you don't talk about with your friends.

1) what did you do to cause initial outbreak? (motor not running)

2) what over-the-counter treatment did you apply to said area? (attempts at first fixes)

3) did the ointment have any affect? (did motor start or even turn)

4) lastly, are there any preexisting conditions that may have lead to the herp? (what was wrong with your car before)

the extra 5 minutes it would have taken to give us information, would be way less painful than us dragging it out of you.

Severe corrosion has likely created a hole from the water jacket into cylinder number 3 and you're leaking coolant. It's a common problem with these engines. To test this, take out the third spark plug, fill the cylinder with regular water (from a bottle, not from a hose!), and replace the spark plug. Have someone crank and engine and watch for any leaking. Good luck!
