Hey guys,
I have a built CA18DET short block for sale. It was built by Pro Line Racing (http://www.prolineracing.net/) so you know it has been put together correctly and meticulously.
This build has the following:
Wiseco Custom 83.5mm (.020 over) 9.5:1 pistons
K1 Technologies Connecting Rods
ARP Main Studs (not available for the CA but I sourced the correct parts)
OEM Main and Rod Bearings (anyone who knows Nissan engines knows this is the best choice to achieve desired clearance)
This project was meant to be reliable for a period of time on a smaller turbo (gt2560) and then transitioned into a high revving track beast. My s13 sat for about a year and I sold it so the project is over.
When I had the engine built they removed all plugs, jets, and check valves from the block. Nissan no longer offers the Oil Jet in the block deck so that part is missing. Easily sourced as an orifice or can be removed from your block and reinstalled in this one.
I have over $2200 in the short block with parts and labor but am willing to entertain cash offers or partial trades . Let me know what its worth to you and we can work something out.
I also have the rest of the CA engine including:
Reworked 8 port head
Intake manifold complete with butterflies and actuators, IACV, and water lines
Exhaust Manifold
Oil Pan
NEW OE NISSAN Water Pump
NEW OE NISSAN Tension Pulley & Spring
NEW OE NISSAN Oil Pump
CAS
ECU
2 sets of Valve Covers (1 fwd, 1 rwd)
and maybe some more but that's all I can see at the moment. Let me know what you are looking for and i may be able to come up with it.
I also have a pair of 180sx quarter windows still in the sheet metal.
