I have AC in my swap but i have to go into my relay box and move the plug because if i have it on and decide to chill in neutral it shuts off on me. is there a way to get around this.

You need to make sure the IACV is getting power when AC is on to bump the idle up.

Well, when the A/C compressor is activated there SHOULD be an electric fan that is turned on as well. On the SOHC's they used a temp switch also, on the dualcam's they didn't. It sounds like you have no fan and the A/C pressure is getting too high when not in motion, which would cause it to shut off. Now I may be wrong, but I can tell you this. YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU'RE DOING. Find someone local who does have a clue and have them diagnose it...
