Stay around 2k rpms on startup, what could cause this, it's fine as soon as temp starts warming up a bit, could this be because of a dirty maf or tps?

It's supposed to do that.

Seriously- not messing with you. In layman's terms- It starts running rich at higher idle until the coolant comes up to operating temp... then once the coolant temp sender tells the ECU it's warm, the idle drops to where it is supposed to be for driving.
