Last visted time stamp wrong, OSX 10.9/Safari

Is anyone else having this issue:

I open zilvia on my mac with 10.9 and it auto fills my username as if I am logged out, when it logs me in it says I last logged in 45 minutes prior to my most recent log in.

If I use chrome and my windows 7 machine, ipad or iphone this never happens.

Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this. Obviously something funky going on with safari and saved log in information.

If anyone has a fix or a way to roll back the last login time stamp, let me know.
