So I wanted to replace my tension rods so I purchased some SPL for my S14. As I go to remove them, it seems the previous owner had installed some pillow ball ones as well. As I try to remove it, I realized the metal bearing? seized onto the bolt that held the bushing end in place. Is there anyway to remove them?

Much help would be appreciated

Big freaking hammer

If that fails then get your self a dremel or angle grinder to cut off the head of the bolt, or if needed cut through the spherical bearing.

Or drill out the head of the bolt. But it will be easier to grind the bolt head off.
