That clutch isn't brand new. Maybe slightly used or rebuilt. But you can clearly see the marks from the throw out bearing left on the pressure plate. GLWS sale though!

^^^ what he said!!
The guy was 50+yo from the scca meets I go to monthly, so I'm just taking his word for it. He said he never installed it, which is true, but he might not have not got it new, no clue. The clutches don't look used at all though. I'm going to post some pics of it apart tomorrow.
keep in mind it's 800, as I don't really know the true nature of it other than what the machine shop told me and the older gentlemen, which was "it was barely used if any". Also take into consideration that I have seen the same type clutch around here go for 1100 with bad springs. Bump. Thanks for the GLs

sooooooo perhaps you should do things like take photos of the condition of both the friction discs and the plates.
just saying "well, here it is," isn't gonna get anyone to toss you 8 bills.
given the unknown condition i'd offer you $150 shipped.
I literary just said I was putting up new pics today of it apart.
The condition isn't unknown unless a machine shop doesn't know how to look at a clutch. Some of you should really read.
No thanks on the 150 I have 3 offers already for around 600 local pickup.
These clutches go for 900-1100 all the time with them needing rebuilds. This one doesn't need anything.
Not asking anyone to "throw" anything at me, that's rude yo. Bump.

I picked up a setup similar to this for $300. Unknown condition multiplate clutches decrease in value heavily when they need a rebuild. I'm sure you paid next to nothing on it thinking you'd make a mint off of some zilvia noob. Be realistic and make a profit not a killing.
I didn't pay anything for it came with the car. As i stated already. If you got a real os giken for 300 in barely used condition, that's awesome. Thanks for the reply.

Needing rebuild for 900-1100? Bullshit since you can get a new for that much...I got 2 TS2B clutches. Now, you asking for $800 for this is a good price considering rebuild kits for these goes for $700-800. Plates look like they're brand new plates so these are definitely a used clutch with fresh rebuild plates.
These clutch looks like Os Giken TS2BD.

Not to be an ass, but the clutch disks look new, but the floaters definitely look used AND resurfaced (look at the heat marking on the outer location tangs). One thing to watch out for on multi-plate clutches is your stack up height. They are usually only rated to 0.030-0.040" of total wear, so if each floater is resurfaced 0.020", you're already at your wear limit with brand new disks. The flywheel is the same story (needs a set step height).
Most people don't know this, then blame the clutch when they smoke it in 5k miles after a "rebuild" with an insufficient stack height.
Some measurements compared to OS Giken specs will help your sale OP.

Not a full rebuild but it needed springs and sold for 1100 local pickup. New ones I have seen run 1700 is the cheapest I have seen lately, might be looking in wrong spot though.
The clutch needs alittle tlc but in the end i think whoever gets it will save alot of money in the long run.
Thanks for the measurement idea, i'll try to post some this weekend.
Don't be scared to throw me some offers. The money is just going to be used as Christmas money anyway.
Thanks for all the replys and good morning everybody.
Bad news: I'm impatient
Good news: Price drop 750

Yea that's a good price, 700 shipped seems very reasonable for the condition it's in. Shipping cost is killer. :/
Case of the Mondays, 700 shipped. Can't go any lower. Save 1100 bucks.

Is that only for sr20 ??? Or it also fits rb motors ??? Do you have a part #

Its for the sr20 due to the 8 flywheel bolts. An Rb would have 6 bolts...
