civic angel eye projectorlights

anyone have these? I have a chance to get a set for my dad for $150 as a gift, theyre 2 months used for $150 CAD.. the brand is...Zenji i think or something like that. I have them in my room right now they are dual projector each with a glo-ring around it.

They use H4 bulbs and what i wanna know is 1) are they brighter than stock since dad does a lot of highway driving when its dark and 2

the wiring in the glow rings looks a little flimsy...the metal is very thin.. if these were to ever burn out, could they be replaced / fixed?

I had Denji projector on my old Civic a few years back, it beat the hell out of the stock headlights.

Why would the "angel eyes" burn out? I thought they were LEDs. ANYWAY...if they do burn out...you can always get this kit...
