I'm sure there is something I'm missing, but that's the major stuff. The car has 111,XXX miles on it at the moment, but has been very well maintained. The oil is changed every 5,000 miles only using the recommended Castrol 10w-60 Full Synthetic. Just changed the alternator with a new Bosch alternator. Last season I changed all the coil packs and spark plugs with the OEM parts. Two seasons ago it got a new BMW fuel pump. All suspension mods have about 10,000 miles on them. The car is in great condition for the mileage, most people don't believe it has over 100k miles! That being said, it isn't perfect. It does have some rock chips and a few minor dings. The interior I would rate a 8 out of 10. There are no stains or tears, but there is the normal bolster wear on drivers side seat, and the trim is scaling the way all other M3s do. I'm going to be performing a service on the car this week then it will be ready for delivery. As far as I'm concerned there are only two issues with this car. First is that the car has a P0420 code, which is due to the converters being depleted. This was never an issue for my area due to there are no emissions in my county. The other issue is there is a spring chatter in the duel mass flywheel. It only chatters under hard deceleration and the clutch still functions as normal. So other than it being annoying, there is no negative side effects.

The price listed for the car is OBO, but I would appreciate it if you do not low ball me. I will not respond to an offer unless I feel like we are close enough that we can come to an agreement. There are a few vehicles I would accept for partial trade like: Clean S13 preferably a coupe(Clean means no rust, no body damage, no hacked mods), FD RX7, Datsun 510, Clean AE86, R32 Skyline, BMW S1000RR, or an R1 (only 05-06 or 09-13). There are probably a few other RWD cars I would consider as well.

Price with TE37s 19500 OBO
Price with Stock 18 inch wheels w/ brand new BF Goodrich G-force KDWs 16500 OBO

If you purchase the car with the TE37s I will include the Stock wheels and tires as well.
