got some 18x12 and 18x13s sitting in the living room, instead of doing all the work fitting them onto my fd I was thinking of just buying a mid-late 90's vip Japanese car and putting them on any ideas what cars can fit big wheels with a aggressive pull and roll and still clear steering etc?

Rather that or its a ronin kit for the 7. Or sell them lol, They are 3pc Rays Victrix Brainers , so I think they would suit a VIP car quite well

Why did you buy wheels that won't fit on your car without modifications you don't want to do?

Mitsubishi Starion is probably one of the cars that can have among the widest of wheel. They came with 16x9 (or was it 17s?) wheels in the 80s stock in the rear and they have box flares. I think the only car that comes close to ability to fit wide tire that is older and not classic car expensive status is a Corvette.

those are ridiculously wide wheels.

Well shit, I see your dilemma now. Yeah, I don't see those going onto anything easily other than a Corvette. But then, you got the issue on the wrong lug pattern.

You got some work cut out.

Yes sir.. could make them fit on the FD, but having major neg. camber is hella lame. I like having a contact patch bigger than a quarter lol.

they came with either 16x7 fronts and 16x8 rears or 16x8 fronts and 16x9 rears depending on the package. i've had three conquests, still my favorite import cars ever.
