1998 bmw m3 sedan 5speed

Wanting to trade my 98 M3 Sedan for a Nissan 240sx with a sr20det or ka-t. Must be 5 speed and would like it to have AC and heat or at least the lines for AC.

Here are a few details about my car:
-5 speed
-Vader seats
-Good tires
-New brakes
-151k miles and counting as this is my daily
-Everything on the car works
-Just replaced fuel pump and wiring harness yesterday
-Replaced the cam sensor and two bad ground wires
-CEL is on due to a bad secondary air pump which doesn't hurt performance its only for emissions and o2 sensor bank 2. (will run codes in front of whomever would like)
-50/50 tail lights
-Lowering springs
-Adjustable shocks
