hey im gonna be doin a lot of work on my car soon and i was just wondering what would be the best type of service repair manuel for me to get. I saw a chiltons on ebay for 82-92 stanzas, 240s. my cars a 90 by the way thanks.

Factory Service Manual. The Chiltons covers so many cars that there's very little specific information, and as I hear, there are a multitude of errors.

fsm are a bit more expensive than chiltons or haynes but WELL worth it.

FSM is the only way to go, I have a chilton's as well as my FSM and it's basically worthless. I've made it a rule, when I buy a car, I get the FSM too.

alright cool thanks for the tips guys, where could i pick up a fsm really soon, not really worried about the price just because i know its almost a mandatory thing to have.

I got 2 FSM's for free! One of them was after my dad lost the other one for me.... I also have a Chiltons(crap) and a Haynes(also crap but not as bad).

that's comparing a name brand product, which in itself may or may not be superior to the safeway version, depending on the individual product.
Is Coke superior to SS cola? of course!
Is regular Tylenol better than SS acetominaphin? Hell no.
