s14 sr hardbody problems

ok i have a nissan hardbody with a s14 sr , now when i start it in the morning i have problems mostly when its cold and wont want to start and when i rev it boggs and sounds like it boggs out , and when gunning it, it feels like it boggs and struggles to accelerate a little bit can anyone help me on what it could be? thanks

have you checked the basics? FAST?
coolant temp sensor?

we need a LOT more info to do anything more than just throw out guesses.
