I opened up a claim, but he sent me tracking info yesterday, he told dzaster he was going to give him a refund. But what did he tell you? I told him I'm not dropping the claim until parts are in my hand and he seemed to be okay with that so who knows

Yes open a PayPal claim let me know when you do. I'm going to call PayPal to state or case and see if they can expedite our refunds.

I'm under the impression he thinks I'm a bank/lender. He won't be issuing the refund. PayPal will do it for him. Grounds for banishment I'd think.

I've called PayPal and escalated case ahead of schedule.

My last post in this thread. Just want to update on the kind of person this guy is.

He took money from 3 guys at least for one item. He sent the item to one buyer but, made myself and the one other buyer open a PayPal claim and wait it out.

Today I finally got my refund, PayPal enforced. Justin Deloatch never refunded as he said he would.
