Search....... it's actually read as 0903, purge vent control valve. On some of the first obdII vehicles Nissan put out they used the wrong valves on the EVAP shit. There was actually a recall on a lot of them (little known fact). However Nissan will not replace it for free, so you must buy a new one. Very easy to replace, just 2 bolts. part is like 60$. Mine's been throwing the same 2 codes since I bought it and i just clear them out once in a while. NO ill affects on performance at all, just an annoying light.

there is a tsb on the purge control valve and the evap can for water getting in them this tsb should be done free of charge it is covered under federal emissons 8yrs 80k miles assuming that you have under 80k miles
the purge valve is located under the car at the pass side rear there is a black box with lines coming out of it and the valve is on the front of the box

My '96 SE used to throw similar codes after autoxrosses, and I'd typically just reset the ECU and they would not be back until more "spirited" driving.
EVAP codes do not affect tuning or power, and can be triggered by simple stuff, like lots of gas sloshing around...I would reset and forget it happened, unless it comes back on after a few drives.
