Up for sale is an early model 1988 S13. True and authentic JDM RHD Silvia K's edition. This car has a lot of aftermarket parts and quite an extensive mods list. Motor has a few decent internals and some port work. Exterior speaks for itself. I'll post more pics up as soon as possible.

All original documentation included, Japanese deregistration title, customs papers, etc. This car is federally legal and titled in FL using the original Japanese VIN. Car runs strong and is very clean. Willing to ship at buyers expense.

Unfortunately I don't have any additional info on that mark. Would require further inspection once it's landed here in the U.S. on January 15th. Typically with these cars we get limited info and often on auction cars have to completely rely on auction inspection sheets. If enough time allows we can have someone do a quick inspection of each car. Overall though we've never had any issue with reported conditions and modifications not being accurate.

If so then he needs to go back and read the black and white print on NHTSA side. RI's are only for non-conforming cars that are required to conform to FMVSS. ICI's are for non-conforming cars that are required to conform with EPA (OBDII, etc.)

If he's looking for something else then just stop by the shop, it's really that easy :)

I'm the community leader for Skyline Owners USA, I've always looked after people to make sure they don't get screwed over by some shady moron trying to sell an illegal car with (bill of sale only) or (no title, as is). I guess you support this type of activity then? Maybe you don't yet understand the concept of purchasing an illegal car, though I'm sure a few years of going through litigation over getting sued by someone you sold it to would open your ears a little.

You have no clue how many people post on SkylineOwnersUSA.com behind the curtains, PM me or email me asking for help because they got shafted with "this car" and they can't title or register it... OR the state is holding their title because they want to inspect the car.

Properly titled cars? Please, tell me how they were properly titled when they lack a HS7, 3520-1, and CBP clearance document.

I don't care if your *friend* smuggles cars into the country and titles them, good for him. He's one of the people creating these problems for everyone else. Of course this also explains why you have such an issue with someone highlighting the questionable and illegal points of these cars.

Sure people will get by for years under some circumstances but does that mean it's legal? Nope. There's plenty of people out there who deal in this type of market (non-legal imports) and to each their own. Doesn't mean that there shouldn't be anyone out there informing potential buyers what they may or may not already know, lord knows there's an entire community of people who had never been warned and jumped into a car without knowing all the facts.

FACT: Federal Law ALWAYS trumps State, so even if it's state legal/titled, it doesn't make it federally legal by a far stretch and the feds have no problem coming in and showing their authority to confiscate and crush said vehicles

There is no such thing as a state legal car. That is a fancy word used by owners who have a title for an illegal car which has no bond, no HS7 and no EPA 3520-1. I'm not bashing anyone who has one of those because quite frankly I have friends who have one and I had one and we all know what happened to that, it even had a title which was transferred from Utah to Ohio to New Jersey to New Hampshire since 2004. It wasn't until 2008 when North Carolina wanted to inspect he car and refused to transfer the title. ICE still took it after it had been in the country and titled/registered for over 7 years.

It either conforms to FEDERAL Motor Vehicle Safety Standards or is exempt, or it's illegal. End of story. You and your *friend* can say what you want but in the end you are wrong and you are just another name on the long list of people who claim to be able to import and sell illegal cars.
