Umm yah, I started doing my brakes and noticed it. Probably from my negative camber and my one curb incident that probably compressed the wheel that high. but doesnt appear to have cut thru the wires... should I just tape em up and be ok?

try to reroute the wiring harness so it wont ever touch the tires. zip ties or whatever

iEATrice chewed up his wires and he had to cut and resolder back! :-/

i was starting to eat mine up to, so i rerouted the harness through the engine bay and back into the dash....tedious work :bash: :bash:

how big are your wheels/tires?
S13 guys have somewhat a bigger metal plate that they can tuck the harness into and fold....

Depending on how low you are, that won't do it...

I zipped mine up there and after two weeks the same thing happened, just not as bad.

Take the fender off and zip it up on top of the tab closer to the fender and further up.

Also, while you are down there, take a BFH and fold up that tab that hangs down, your tires will thank you!

mine were doing that also, i ziptied the wires up and put a few welding rods on the bottom just in case so they would rub instead of the wires, i was rubbing the metal tab also, so i folded it with a 3lb maul.

Its a pretty common problem where I'm from. Most people I know usually end up rerouting the lines through the engine bay.

Mine rubbed through the plastic protector before I realized what was going on :D.
