Varrstoen ES 2 with Tires

I have a staggered set of Varrstoen ES 2's
(2) 18x10.5 +30 with 95% Federal 595 tires 255/35
(2) 18x9.5 +30 With 95% Federal 595 tires 225/35
They are currently painted with white plasti dip, but it needs to be removed. One of them is partially pealed but the paint under the plasti dip is mint, never curbed, never scratched.

950 obo, Tires are pretty much new.
