just use a fender roller, it'll come out much cleaner and it's cake to do. you can either rent them or buy them for $250. I mean, if you absolutely had to, I think a rubber mallet or something of the like would work, I'd just be real careful with it.

Or use a jack handle and slowly roll it back and forth.

my fault guys. i meant the inner wheel well. fenders are rolled flat. im tucking 255/35/18 tires and it rubs like crazy

What offset wheels are you running? Might wanna throw on a slip on spacer (with extended studs of course). S14 should have plenty of room for a 255.

I fit 295s on stock fenders with no rubbing issues inside or out so something weird is going on here... What is the specification on the wheels? diameter, width, and offset.

yup, I can also vouch for bad wheel/tire specs. I'm running 265/40s on mine, it must be some odd sizes throwing you off or something. Although mine will rub every now and then, it's only when I hit a huge bump. Maybe you just need to run more camber, if possible...

well i have 18x10.5 0 offset. tires are continentals. fenders are pulled. i have solid subframe and diff bushings. it started rubbing after installing those. oh yeah im running over -3 camber.

Why did you get 10.5" wide wheels with a 0 offset if you were concerned about rubbing? There's absolutely no way it's rubbing on the inside. If it's not rubbing on the top of the fender it's rubbing towards the back since the body is narrower there.

sorry to clarify. its rubbing towards the upper top layer towards the outside.

Ok so it's rubbing the inside of the FENDER, not the inside of the WHEEL WELL
Your offset and wheel width is too aggressive for your setup.

Run more camber for an easy fix! :D It all makes sense now. I see what you mean, though. Honestly, I'd invest in different wheels or tires before fucking with the body to force a poorly-sized setup to fit. (Unless you're okay running overfenders and you can just shave stock body to accomodate your current sizing) You may find someone on here willing to trade wheels. That's the route I would take.
Now, if it's a track car or something that's meant to get beat on, I see nothing wrong with just beating the shit out of the inner fender to get some more clearance. :D

How low are you - and do the tires rub while the car is static, or only under compression?
Reason I ask this first is because this will point you in the direction of the easy solution. If you're rubbing while static, get smaller tires or raise your car. If you're rubbing under compression, then you might be able to 'massage' the wheel well for more clearance.
If it's not that simple, then you need to look at your whole rear end as an assembly. you already mentioned that you're running some negative camber, but what offset are you wheels? This plays into what the tire 'looks like' in terms of height. If you can imagine, the cross section of the tire is basically a rectangle, and if you're angling it (camber) then it can appear to be 'taller' than it's true diameter (meaning that the distance from the wheel center to the outer most edge relative to the ground increases) meaning that removing some camber may net you the required clearance.

yea thats what i really meant lol. can i hammer the wheel upwards for more clearance? without leaving dents on the outside.

Raise the back end up higher, high enough that it stops rubbing. Problem solved.

I would be very careful when doing this! Inside wheel well is tied to the outside fender. Might be better to cut the inside wheel well, hammer, and then re-weld the inner well to the outside fender. Just my 2cent....

Im running exact same rim size and offset even tires. My rear is rolled and pulled with 1.5 camber no problem just be careful with the pull lol
