brand new garrett turbo t3/ 3inch 4 bolt outlet. i bought it a few months ago, it has 10 blades IKNOW GTX ARE 11 BLADES BUT THIS IS THE SMALLEST GTX30 TURBO SELL AND IT HAS 10. you can go on garrett website and it will read 10 blades. others site might say 11. but i can assure you this is a 10 blade GTX turbo.
