Up for sale is a used set of KTS coilovers for s13
SPL used to distribute for KTS, you can still order parts from KTS japan if you need anything.
Pros: These are used, and in well used shape. Not pretty, but functioning and not leaking in any way shape or form, i already dropped the spring perches and compressed the shocks to make sure they rebound smoothly.
Pros #2: None of the locking collars are frozen. I use a blunt chisel and a deadblow to loosen/tighten them and they all come loose and thread pretty decently. Would be smoother if you wire brush the threads of the coilover too.
Cons: the front damper adjusters are frozen. You can no longer adjust front damping. Since theyre inverted shocks, the adjuster is on the bottom, and they corrode and seize. One of the adjusters sheared off when i tried to move it with pliers, the other side is still there, but will not move. Basically they're locked at position 9 out of 16.
same thing happened to this dude.

Con #2. On one of the rear shocks, the little adjuster knob slipped off. It has a small set screw to hold the blue knob part onto the shaft and that set screw is MIA. The damper adjustment still works fine and i still have the knob, Just the retainer screw is missing, so you put the knob on, make your adjustment, and then take the knob back off so it doesnt get lost.
Con #3. They are dirty, but with some simple green and scotchbrite they'll clean up nicely.
$550 FIRM picked up (i feel that price is already accurately compensated for the condition) They are currently in Solana Beach (near encinitas) but if you give me adequate notice, I can arrange pickup in OC or even up to Long Beach.
$625 shipped (lower 48 only, anywhere else extra)
