From further research, this seems to resemble the jdm vanquish lip but no real evidence of it since it doesn't have any markings that says so. It is in good condition with only minor scrapes on the bottom side.

It only fits the jdm kouki front bumper. Lip is made out of Fiberglass
Asking price $200 obo pick up in south el monte or can also be shipped for extra cost.

What is it made of?
Also any shots of it test fitted on a bumper by any chance I kind of like the look but just wanna see how it flows with the rest of the car
