Halfers on Shot Peening Rods!!!!

I recently inquired with a local company about shot peening some KA24DE connecting rods. they said they could do 8 rods with caps for the low low price of $300 wow:eek2::eek2::eek2:

I'm in the middle of pulling the engine out and having them done if anybody wants to have their rods shot peen we could split the cost down the middle


price is $150+$150= $300
I'M DOING ALL THE LEG WORK TAKING AND PICKING THEM UP FROM THE SHOP, YOU'D HAVE TO GET THEM TO ME.

You know for $300 you can get a nice set of eagle rods

that's not a bad deal actually... still if anybody wants to shot peen their rods at 150 that's half the cost and strong enough for KA-T. I'd think about doing it.
and he's doing the leg work. that's not all that bad.
