Hi guys,
Few years ago I bought a 95 s14 and dropped a boatload of money into but had to sell it and sold it for what I bought it for (BIG LOSS)

Recently, I decided to get back into a 240 just as a car to have some fun with when I'm not working or driving my pickup. I got a lot of responses from people offering great cars but nothing exactly I was ready to move on

Last night I came across the car you are about to see and I bought it on the spot. It also isnt exactly what I wanted but I couldn't pass it up. The purpose of this thread is to see what my options are in relation to my ideas, which are:
1) keep it as is
2) sell it as is and get what I really want (Manual)
3) part out the front end and go S15
4) part out the interior and go Sparco
5) convert it to manual and enjoy it for a long time

I am open to offers/ideas/trades whatever you guys feel is best. I don't need to sell it at all, just don't want to start making moves till I have a plan. Based on what people on here are asking for, I would probably ask $6500 OBO but thats a crazy price (no offense)

Now that my story is over onto THE CAR:

1997 Nissan 240SX SE
White Exterior on Grey Leather
Automatic Transmission
127,486 miles
Super clean paint and body, all original as far as I can tell


The car was sold to me by the brother of the previous owner that passed away in March of this year. They are both middle aged men and seem to take really good care of their stuff judging by cars in the driveway and the condition of the house.

In December of 2012 when the car had 127,074 (less than 500 miles ago) the car was serviced at a dealership at a cost of $1970.79. Here is what was done:

Resurfaced all rotors
NY State Inspection (Passed, good till 12/13)
Replaced battery
Removed aftermarket alarm and return to manufacturer spec
Tune Up
Throttle Service
Fuel Injection Service
Power Steering Flush
Brake Flush
Cooling System Flush

Probably some other stuff not on the invoice

Last month, the current owner put on 4 new tires and bought some speakers/headunit. The rear speakers were changed, the front come with the car. Headunit is installed.

This car has no rust from what I can tell (except on the bottom of the muffler). Everything works. No leaks. There are original VIN stickers all over the car showing it is all original parts. Drove the car home yesterday about 40 miles without any issues. Couldn't sleep last night was waiting for the sun to come up so I can take these pictures:

Just seen your pm, congrat!s!! Car is super clean. I would part out that leather interior and manual swap it and leave it like that. Don't destroy the kouki front if it's fine, if it was beat them totally different story. Just make it a clean DD. The fact that the vin stickers are still on and matching is money... Enjoy

Everyone has an opinion about a cars value but at the end of the day whats its worth to you might be lower or higher to someone else.
