S13 hatch with rb20 swap. Did the cluster swap yesterday and everything was fine. Car started up fine afterwards. Got up this morning went to start my car and nothing happened. rechecked all the wires for the swap and everything was fine then decided to go through fuses and two fuses are blown st signal and rev lamp. the accessories were not working either besides the dome light and the head lights. decided to change the ignition fuse and everything started working again besides the fuel pump relay. changed the fuel pump relay and now the fuel pump primes. The car cranks now but still wont turn over. Not sure where to go from here....

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Did you check the voltage on the battery. Sounds like you have a grounding issue with some of the wiring you did.

Yea I charged the battery. I pulled the cluster harness and still wont turn over. I used a test light and Im not getting any power to the ignitor. I pulled the ecu to see if I burnt it out but its still good and checked the cas also. That turned out fine... will a car not start without a cluster?

unless your grounding your power wires at the cluster i dont see any real reason why the cluster wouldnt allow the motor to start.
will it not turn over with the key or is the ecu not starting.
if the starter isnt turning the motor over then id start by looking at your ignition wiring, the power to the starter comes directly from a few fuses and the key, nothing to do with the ecu or cas. so if your starter isnt turning on then check out your chassis wiring

Starter is working and Its cranking perfectly fine with key. It's for some reason not getting any power to the ignitor. Everthing else on my car is working good now but that. I tested the coil packs/spark plug for spark and getting nothing. So tested all of the wires going to the ignitor on both sides while my buddy tried to start it so see if I would get any pulses or a constant voltage reading and nothing on any pin. Ecu is lighting up and I opened it up and couldnt spot any burns anywhere so think thats fine. Putting the old cluster back in tonight to see if that fixes it... by the way thanks for the help guys

http:// http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v283/batman3000gt/IMG_20130930_231525.jpgWell thanks for the help. I found my problem. The grey plug from the ECU harness to the engine harness was melted. just went to the junkyard and grabbed a new plug and repinned it. It started right up...now too lazy to put my dash back together lol http:// http://instagram.com/p/e6hRf5iuY1/
