The only info that I received from insurance is that the car was salvaged back in 91. After examining the body, my guess is theft?

Don't hate buddy....Most s13's on the market are salvage and look like shitty missile cars with five different shades of paint.

Twin cam or no twin cam this looks like a solid base for an awesome project.
