I finally got my refund because I've got more pull through Paypal than him, and it also helps that I'm not a scammer (they let it slip he's had "issues" before).

Guy is a total scammer - so if he's got your money and you've got a problem - you're screwed.

He tried to make me cancel my claim by saying that he would refund me my money right away but its all bullshit, he was just pissed because his funds were frozen and couldn't take out all the money in time. Once you cancel the claim it cant be re-opened so I would strongly suggest waiting and let paypal resolves it.

Yep, I'm the liar who does dozens of successful and honest transactions per month.. while the guy with a list of Paypal disputes against him just on this forum is the squeaky clean victim in all this.

I got the same BS from him. He was even gloating when the Indian Paypal help kept being f'ing stupid about the claim. But I finally got transferred to someone in the US and they immediately reversed the full payment and told me I could keep the item while apologizing profusely. Then he went ballistic on Paypal saying he was going to sue them, me, everybody etc.

The US rep was really nice to me, so I decided to return the useless stock VLSD to the scammer (Paypal ended up paying for the shipping both ways and giving me some money on top of it after reviewing the notes of how the Indian customer support reps were such total dipshits on my claim - so I guess they redeemed themselves there).


BTW - if you guys keep getting shot down with Paypal's level 1 support, PM me. I'll give you the contact info of the US rep I dealt with. I'm willing to bet things go better if you keep getting the run around on a legitimate claim.

Guys, I realized this douche ripped off a bunch of people here. I feel for you, but the senior Paypal rep is NOT the first line of the process. Go through the normal Paypal dispute process. If you're not getting anywhere, then I will give you the contact information.

If you keep PMing me wanting the information for the first step - I'm not going to give it to you. Be professional about this and you'll be ok. I know it sucks to get scammed, but I'm not going to burn my one Paypal contact that can maybe get shit fixed for me with a million guys from the internet wanting their money back right now and not following the process.
