i'm sure you realized this by now, but when you are selling a car this is why you never let them drive off without changing the title first... if he crashes you can be liable. try calling the police or the dmv and ask what they can do.

I know, but circumstances didn't allow. Out of state driver and had to go home that night. I know he regged it, ive seen pics, but I gotta get his info to send to the dmv.
