getting cold air out of the ac

well my car doesnt have a/c and im starting to think that s14 dont but it has air and when i want it to blast cold air its warm. Do i need to buy a new airconditioning system or just relplace something that i dont know about thx. :newbie:

I think you just need to recharge your A/C.
