What is the term to beefy up your subframe. I have search and I'm not getting any luck. Can someone point me in the right direction?

You guys are stupid with the blue waffle shit haha I have know about that since fourth grade lol. And is there any info on bedding up the subframe? Box welding, welding supports, ect
