I'm reluctantly posting my 91 1jz swapped cressida for sale since I'm leaving for school and need money to pay for school. The body of the car is mostly straight but the paint is so-so in some spots. I bought the car as a shell and swapped the 1jz in it. The car came with a 1jz harness but it was pretty messed up so I ripped it out and wired up a 2jz aristo harness and did what I could with the body harness. I bought the motor separate from the car and bought it out of a running car. The previous owner replaced all 4 coils, front and rear main seal, water pump, ignitor, map sensor, spark plugs, and many other little things. He also swapped out the twin turbos for a garrett GT3582r (which he had a shop verify authenticity of) single turbo kit.
Overall the car is very fun to drive, the turbo spools up at 3k making 10psi at about 3500-3700. I have taken this car to a couple drift events and it is a blast to drive. If I didn't have to sell it, I wouldn't. I'm asking 6000obo, I can be flexible to an extent. I'd only consider trades with at least 2,000 on your side. No payments, period. Don't ask to do payments. My number is 208-365-8946
Make: Toyota
Model: Cressida
Year: 1991
2 or 4 door: 4
Miles: dunno, less that 200,000
Transmission: 5 speed w58
Exterior color: burgundy
Interior color: black/gray cloth
Vin: upon request
Price:6000obo
Modifications:
jzx90 1jzgte swap, garrett gt3582r dbb turbo, 3" downpipe, 3" straight pipe, driftmotion divided manifold, turbosmart wastegate (10psi spring) and bov, aristo harness and ecu (more reliable the 1jz and not batch fuel injection), safcII black edition, aem uego wideband, ebay radiator with clutch fan (car never overheats), unknown brand oil catch can, spec stage 3+ clutch, w58 trans, 2jz bellhousing/flywheel, single piece driveshaft, mkiii supra lsd, brand knew bc racing coilovers, walboro 255 fuel pump, wired for a greddy turbo timer but not turbo timer installed, quick release steering wheel, personal steering wheel, g35 rays wheels, mx73 steering rack (more angle), and probably some stuff I'm forgetting.

The bad:
-The wiring looks like crap in the glove box and should be cleaned up
-The front bumper support had to be cut off and is now only held on with two bolts. I can provide tubing to make a custom support for the right buyer
-Leaks power steering fluid when drifting
-Burns oil on start up, I'm running 0w30 oil so a thicker oil may help. I imagine its the valve seals leaking
-Some of the intercooler couplers aren't quite the right shape/size so it may have some boost leaks and it would be a lot more responsive if that was fixed
-speedo is off by 10mph
