I came across a fastback that somoene is giving me. They want it off their property and I am willing to take delivery

I was thinking of selling most of the parts and keeping what I can use, but I got a better idea. A friend and I have been thinking about buying a race-only car for autocross and later on drift. The condition of the fastback is hard to tell. It has a key, but hasnt been started in a while. Mostly body damage and interior damage (someone broke into the car and tried to steal the radio)

I am picking it up tomorrow and will begin tearing it apart. I am wondering what it will take to build it up to be a competitive car. Its got the DOHC ka and is 5-speed.

What are your suggestions for setup. Keep in mind that this isnt a full blown race-car, just something to run at the local autoXs.

nah no RB. Just good suspension. Front and rear sway bars. A decent coilover setup, rear subframe spacers, and the car will feel really good. Remove stock engine fan, swap for electric to free up some power. Should be pretty good to start with.
