I searched but couldnt find a firm answer on this. I got a S13 SR and I got a brand new set of NGK plugs. Is it tru that its not pregapped and i have to gap it myself? If it is, wuts the recommended gap on them? Mildly moded Sr but still in breaking in process. Also, whats the recommended break in mileage for a set of cams???

Even if they come "pregapped" check the gap yourself anyways. You wouldn't believe how many sets of "pregapped" plugs i've bought that were off by .01 or more! Besides, a gap coin is like, 99 cents at autozone.
I run Z32 TT plugs gapped at ~.032 and don't get any blow-out running at 14psi. Next time I work on my car i'm going to open up the gap a little and see how wide I can run without getting blowout.
