Shipping a bumper?

Need to ship a bumper from the integra i had before my 240. I can package it myself just wondering what would be the cheapest route.

Greyhound. Haven't actually done it, but I've seen it done, and have always heard good things about the price.

fedex ground. i shipped some springs/shocks for pretty reasonable.
